Call for Articles: For an upcoming issue of SN Chronicle, we are interested in the branch of medical science and research that applies biological and physiological principles and interdisciplinary concepts to the clinical practice of diagnosis, prevention or treatment. Less developed countries, elderly, poor populations, and those suffering chronic illness stand to benefit from work in this area.
With the ultimate goal of expanding the interest of under-represented minorities in biomedicine careers to promote human health and healing, the work of medical practitioners in laboratories and research facilities we highlight can serve to broaden student interest. Please share our request with networks of scientists and medical technologists who can describe their work, how it contributes to a healthier society, and what led them to the field.
Articles of between 300 – 500 words are requested by June 21, 2019.
